Located in Colchester, Essex, I offer a compassionate space for those seeking therapeutic support. For adults, I facilitate therapy sessions via Zoom and in-person. Therapeutic workshops are facilitated across North Essex and Suffolk.
Children and Young People can attend sessions at Colchester Children’s Counselling, bookings can be made online.

I hold an Enhanced DBS Certification for working with both adults and children, I also hold a L2 Safeguarding Certificate and have completed Prevent Training.
